All of our award-winning estate craft cider is made from the eating apples we grow in our orchards at Cryals Farm in Kent. We hand-pick all of our apples and we never use any swept up from the ground. So, right from the start of the cider making process, we do things a little bit differently here at Charrington’s…

We carefully ferment and skilfully blend our ciders in small batches from our own pure pressed apple juice and we use a more wine-style process (compared to a traditional or commercial cider making method). No mass production to churn it out quickly here. Once fermented we allow our base ciders from 6-24 months to mature and develop their distinctive delicate flavours. We don’t take any short cuts when we make our ciders and we never add any concentrates or flavourings.

Whether you enjoy medium or dry, still or sparkling, we’re sure to have a top quality cider that you’ll enjoy! As well as painstaking yet very enjoyable tasting sessions to ensure our blending of every batch is spot on, and worthy of the Charrington’s family griffin logo, they’ve all won either a Great Taste Award or Quality Food and Drink Awards.

There’s a lot of care and passion that’s gone into making our estate craft cider but at the end of the day you really just need to know that they’re all delicious…
