Description

Our Earl’s Reserve Still Cider

Food pairings: Hog roasts and barbecued meats; mature cheeses.

Recipe idea: Apple cider caramel sauce. Put 700ml Earl’s Reserve and 1/2 cup brown sugar into a pan and bring to the boil, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Simmer on low heat until the liquid has reduced by half. Stir in 1/4 cup maple syrup and 25g unsalted butter and continue to simmer until the liquid has reduced to quarter of the original volume. Serve hot or allow to cool. Fabulous poured over apple crumble or vanilla ice cream…or both together!

Drinking suggestion: mulled with our Red Peppercorn & Hibiscus Herbal Infusions and enjoyed around a fire.

Cocktail suggestion: add a dash of Jack Daniels Honey to a chilled glass of Earl’s Reserve.

Case size: 3 x 3l pouches

Delicious cider, perfect over ice on a sunny day. Delivered for free, service with a smile.

  2. Glynne Knight (verified owner)

Very nice cider, off dry, but good flavour. Recommended, will buy again, especially at £33 for 9 litres – bargain, only £3.67/litre. Good strength at 5.8%, enough for flavour without going OTT. A real craft cider, so different from the Bulmer’s and Magners of this world!

  3. AndyR

This is, without doubt, up there as my new favourite cider.

Loveliest cider I’ve had in ages. Now addicted to it. 🙂
